How do I know what backup and security systems our company needs?One of our team will be happy to visit your premises and look at the existing system as well as any proposed plans before developing a comprehensive audit.
Why can't we just backup data to another machine or an external hard drive?In many cases this would provide an adequate solution but if for instance your office was hit by fire or flooding then all the systems may be affected and a backup of this type would be useless. Remote offsite backup is easy, reliable and offers the ultimate protection.
Do you have a training room?Normally we find it beneficial to train on site as it often allows us to gear the training towards the specific requirements, equipment and software being used but if necessary we can provide well equipped training facilities in a variety of locations.
